11/04/10 – 03/07/10 - £325 per week
04/07/10 – 04/09/10 - £490 per week
05/09/10 – 25/09/10 - £410 per week
26/09/10 – 18/12/10 - £325 per week
19/12/10 – 08/01/11 - £490 per week

Short breaks of a minimum of 3 nights: £240
Additional nights: £65

Access to Wireless Broadband: £15 per week (1Gb Max)

The important terms and conditions of your booking are:

• Lower Ruxton Cottage sleeps a maximum of four, although one additional person can be accommodated on a collapsible Z-bed.
• A cot can be supplied by prior arrangement
• All linen and towels are provided.
• All weekly bookings start on Saturday.
• The arrival time is 14h00 and the departure time is 10h00 – please let us know if you need to arrange another time
• Short breaks are available, but priority will be given to weekly bookings
• You will need to pay a deposit of 25% of the total price is required at the time of booking. Please pay the balance 6 weeks before your date of arrival, or at the time of booking if your arrival date is sooner. Payment can be made in pounds sterling by cheque or direct bank transfer.
